Absolutely. Many of our members participate in Method Fitness to maintain strength, balance, mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
For those who prefer a slower-paced approach, Strength Essentials and Foundations Essentials provide the same focus on movement, strength, and functionality as our regular classes, but at a lower intensity. These classes offer a supportive environment while helping members stay active, confident, and engaged in the activities they enjoy.
All classes can be modified to accommodate individual abilities, fitness levels, and physical limitations.

Method Fitness All-Access and Online members receive access to our growing library of on-demand workouts, mobility training, and exclusive member content.
After becoming a member, you will receive an email from Trainerize with instructions to create your account and download the Trainerize app. While the Method Fitness App is used for memberships and class reservations, the Trainerize app is required to access online courses and on-demand content.
Once your Trainerize account is activated, you'll have immediate access to available courses and content, with new workouts and training resources added regularly.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
For Method Mix classes that include boxing or kickboxing, boxing gloves are required. You're welcome to bring your own shin guards or additional training equipment when appropriate, but they are not required unless otherwise noted.
Most importantly, come ready to move, learn, and have fun.
