Once you become a member, you'll be able to reserve classes, access Method Fitness On-Demand, and download the Your Method app to manage your workouts, track your progress, and stay connected with the Method Fitness community.
If you're new to fitness or prefer a slower-paced experience, our Essentials classes are a great place to start. Amy is always available to answer questions and help you find the classes that are right for you.

Your first class is simply an opportunity to experience the Method, learn how our classes work, and move at a pace that's comfortable for you.
There is never any pressure to keep up with anyone else. Amy is always available to answer questions, provide modifications, and help you feel comfortable and confident from your very first class.

Absolutely! Many of our members choose Method Fitness to maintain strength, balance, mobility, independence, and an active lifestyle as they age.
If you prefer a slower-paced approach, Strength Essentials and Foundations Essentials offer the same focus on movement, functional strength, and quality of life as our core classes, but at a lower intensity. These classes provide a welcoming environment while helping you stay active, confident, and doing the things you love. They're also available in our Method Fitness On-Demand library, making it easy to continue your workouts from home, while traveling, or wherever life takes you.
Every class can be modified to accommodate your individual abilities, fitness level, and physical limitations, allowing you to participate safely and confidently.

Every All-Access Membership includes unlimited in-person classes, full access to Method Fitness On-Demand, and the Your Method app—all designed to help you stay active whether you're in the studio, at home, or on the go.
You'll also be able to reserve classes, track your workouts and progress, connect with the Method Fitness community, and access our growing library of strength, mobility, recovery, and specialty classes.
If you don't live in the Bradenton area, Method Fitness On-Demand is also available as a standalone membership, giving you access to the Method experience from anywhere.

Reserving your spot is easy. Simply log in to your Your Method account through the app or website, view the class schedule, and reserve the class you'd like to attend.
Reserving your spot helps us provide the best experience for every member and ensures your place in class. If your plans change, you can easily cancel or reschedule your reservation right from your account.

Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, a water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic shoes are recommended for most classes.
If you're attending Method Mix, boxing gloves are required. You're also welcome to bring your own shin guards or other training equipment, although they're not required unless otherwise noted.
Most importantly, come ready to move, learn, and have fun. Whether it's your first class or your hundredth, we're here to help you feel welcome, challenged, and supported every step of the way.
