Why Method Fitness Exists
Amy's passion for movement began through athletics, competition, and coaching. After years of working with athletes, teams, and individuals of all ages and abilities, she saw how powerful movement could be—not just for performance, but for confidence, independence, and quality of life.
Whether helping an athlete perform at their best, a golfer stay on the course longer, a grandparent keep up with grandchildren, or someone simply move with greater confidence, Amy believes movement has the power to improve every aspect of life.
Method Fitness was created to bring people together through movement, education, and community while helping members build the strength, balance, mobility, and confidence needed to stay active for years to come.

Amy has spent more than 23 years helping people move, perform, and live better through fitness. A lifelong athlete, she began competing in triathlons at age 12 and went on to complete multiple full Ironman triathlons while building a career in coaching, training, and performance development.
Her coaching journey began at age 16 and has included personal training, endurance coaching, group fitness instruction, and performance training for athletes of all levels. Amy also served as a Master Trainer at IMG Academy, helping educate and develop performance coaches.
Through years of working with athletes, active adults, and individuals of all ages and abilities, Amy recognized that lasting results require more than exercise alone. The ability to move well, stay strong, maintain balance, and prevent injury plays a critical role in both athletic performance and everyday life.
That belief became the foundation of Method Fitness. Today, Amy combines decades of experience in mobility, strength development, injury prevention, and performance training to help members build confidence, stay active, and continue doing the activities they love for years to come.
